1. What we provide (tour request vs. booking)

When you submit a tour request, you ask forwardthinkingconcept.com to arrange travel services. A request is not automatically a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we provide you with a booking confirmation and the applicable itinerary/offer details.

Some elements of a trip (for example, accommodation, transport, admissions, or local guides) may be handled by third-party providers.

2. Included vs. not included

Our offer/itinerary preview may list what is included. Unless expressly stated in your confirmed booking, the following are typically not included: international/domestic flights, personal expenses, meals not listed as included, travel insurance, visas/entry permits, and tips/gratuities.

Local conditions may require substitutions. If a substitution changes the scope materially, we will attempt to notify you before services begin, where feasible.

3. Itinerary preview accuracy

Trip previews, schedules, and times are estimates based on available information at the time of preparation. Actual routes, start times, durations, and availability can change due to provider constraints, weather, operational reasons, or safety/security circumstances.

4. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling terms depend on the specific itinerary and the terms of third-party providers. Where cancellation fees or restrictions apply, we will describe them in the confirmed booking offer.

If safety/security circumstances make performance impossible or unreasonably risky, we may propose rescheduling or alternative arrangements. Where alternatives are not feasible, refunds (if any) are limited by provider and contractual conditions.

5. Consumer information and claims/disputes (Ukraine)

For travel services offered to consumers, required consumer information is provided in advance through the confirmed booking details. You can submit claims/disputes through the contact channels listed below; we will review and respond in accordance with consumer protection rules.

6. Seller/provider information (mandatory disclosure)

For electronic commerce, we provide mandatory business identification details before/at contracting via the service.

7. War-aware and safety guidance

You are responsible for monitoring official safety information for your travel dates and route. We may adjust plans when safety/security circumstances require it. Any guidance we share is informational and not a guarantee of safety.

We do not facilitate harmful, exploitative, or non-compliant conduct. If a request appears inconsistent with legal requirements or safety, we may refuse or pause booking arrangements.

8. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, forwardthinkingconcept.com is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, government actions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including safety/security constraints.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by mandatory law. Where liability applies, it is limited to the amount paid for the affected services, unless Ukrainian law provides otherwise.

9. Personal data and cookies

If our services process personal data (including identifiers or IP address), we do so with an appropriate legal basis and provide required privacy disclosures. For non-essential cookies, we provide choice/consent where applicable.
